Description :
This dataset presents the ageing data of several Nickel-Manganese-Cobalt battery cells. This work was aiming to have precise characterisations for several battery states, considering mainly states-of-health and states-of-charge. Three single cells were used as well as a two-cell module, in which they were assembled in parallel. The characterisations took the form of full discharge to evaluate battery capacity, as well as current pulses and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy for the dynamic behaviours. Between each characterization phase, stress was applied to the cells in the form of constant current charges and discharges, cycling for a few dozen times between each characterization. The tests lasted between 15 and 30 weeks, depending on the cells. They were done using a Zahner spectrometer for the spectroscopy part, and a CHROMA bench was used for the rest of the tasks.

General metadata
Data acquisition date :
from 1 Mar 2023 to 1 Feb 2024
Data acquisition methods :
- Experimental data : There are two types of data, both static and dynamic.
For the static part, the experimental setup available in the FEMTO-ST lab for conducting the aging experiment are the static characterization was a Chroma model 17020 Battery Pack Tester bench.
For the dynamic part, Electrochemical Impedance Spectroscopy (EIS) is performed using a Zahner Zennium X spectrometer.
