Description :
This database presents morphometric (body size and mass, organ mass or size...) and ecotoxicological (concentrations of pollutants in some organs, various biomarkers) data from small mammals (voles, mice, shrews...) captured in the surroundings of a former lead and zinc smelter named Metaleurop Nord and located in Nord - Pas-de-Calais, France. Concentrations of pollutants in surrounding soils are also available in the database.
Disciplines :
biodiversity conservation (applied biology - ecology), ecology (applied biology - ecology), anatomy & morphology (fundamental biology), biochemistry & molecular biology (fundamental biology), microbiology (fundamental biology), parasitology (fundamental biology), reproductive biology (fundamental biology)
