External vocabularies

The dat@UBFC portal uses external reference sources, thesaurus and classifications recognised by the scientific communities in their fields of study.

During the validation phase of the records, the librairians link the keywords and taxons entered by the researchers to these controlled vocabularies, in order to suggest a structured and standardised organisation of the described data and to optimise the search.
