Vincent Gaumerd [1]
[1] : Institut de Chimie Moléculaire de l'Université de Bourgogne (Université Bourgogne Europe)
Description :
Raw spectroscopic data (IR, NMR, mass spectrometry and UV-visible) and RP-HPLC elution profiles of all compounds described in this study. Raw fluorescence data and RP-HPLC-fluorescence/-MS elution profiles related to fluorogenic activation of probes by cyanide ions.
Disciplines :
General metadata
Data acquisition date :
from Oct 2022 ongoing
Data acquisition methods :
- Experimental data : Spectroscopic data were acquired using several scientific instrumentation softwares: Bruker OPUS for IR data, Bruker TopSpin for NMR data, Thermo Scientific Xcalibur for high-resolution mass spectra, and Cary WinUV for UV-visible absorption spectra. On the matter of HPLC and fluorescence data, they were obtained using the following softwares: Thermo Scientific Chromeleon and SAFAS SP2000 respectively. Mass data were converted into .pdf format; UV-visible absorption, HPLC and fluorescence data were converted into .csv, .xls or .xslx format directly readable in Excel. Only the processing of IR and NMR data requires the use of Bruker OPUS and TopSpin softwares respectively (free versions of both softwares are currently available, OPUS Viewer and TopSpin academic version) or MestReNova. HPLC data are readable with a PC but not with a Mac.
