General metadata

Data acquisition date : from May 2021 ongoing
Data acquisition methods :
  • Experimental data :
Spectroscopic data were acquired using several scientific instrumentation softwares: Bruker OPUS for IR data, Bruker TopSpin for NMR data, Thermo Scientific Xcalibur for high-resolution mass spectra, and Cary WinUV for UV-visible absorption spectra, and HORIBA FluorEssence (Origin) or SAFAS SP2000 for fluorescence spectra and kinetics curves. On the matter of RP-HPLC-MS/-fluorescence data, they were obtained using the following softwares: Thermo Scientific Chromeleon. Mass data and HPLC analyses were converted into .pdf format; UV-visible absorption and fluorescence spectroscopy data were converted into .csv, .xls or .xslx format directly readable in Excel. Only the processing of IR and NMR data requires the use of Bruker OPUS and TopSpin softwares respectively (free versions of both softwares are currently available, OPUS Viewer and TopSpin academic version) or MestReNova.
